Mr. Warthem, an Enrolled Agent, has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.  The Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to very high ethical standards. Enrolled Agents are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what type of tax matters they can handle and which IRS offices they can represent.  Enrolled Agents are considered America’s Tax Experts, and are the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specializes in taxation and have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

Mr. Warthem is required to demonstrate to the IRS his competence in all areas of taxation, representation and ethics before he is given unlimited representation rights before the IRS. With this distinguished honor, Mr. Warthem advises, represents, and prepares tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and any entities with tax-reporting requirements.
